Have you heard of Good Water Brewery? If you haven’t, then you are in for a real treat! Good Water Brewery, located at 740 Marshall Avenue in Williston, is Vermont’s newest Craft Brewery and Tasting Room. Owners Marty Bonneau & Chris Capetz and their team have been hard at work putting together the final touches to their 20-barrel brewhouse in the 5,000-square-foot facility. Even though the brewery and tasting room are not quite officially open for business, the brew crew has been busy crafting English and American Style beers, including their Sweet Winter Brown, Hoppy Side of Pale and inspiRED Ale. They also plan to include some session beers to their brewing lineup, so be sure to keep an eye out for those tasty low-alcohol brews as well.
Come and celebrate with us at McGillicuddy’s Irish Ale House located at 28 Walnut St (Maple Tree Place), in Williston, this Thursday, March 10th from 5:30-7:30pm for Good Water Brewery’s Launch Party. Bring your friends, sip on three special featured Good Water beers and have the chance to win some awesome swag! For updates to this event, check out their Facebook page.
Lastly, be sure to save the date for: Monday, March 14th at 7pm, for the March 2016 Club Meeting, which was started by the late GMM Greg Noonan. Marty will give a tour of the new brewery and answer any questions you have. They ask that you please bring a glass for sampling, labeled home brews and snacks to share. For more details, please visit the Green Mountain Masher’s Facebook event page.
The McGillicuddy’s kitchen will be open, so be sure to pair your tasty Good Water beer(s) with some delicious eats! Have you had the chance to try any of Good Water’s beers on draught yet? If so, which one is your favorite? Share your thoughts with us on Facebook!
