November Wine Dinner: Hosted By Simon Pearce

We are excited to share with you that we are partnering with Simon Pearce in Quechee, Vermont for the first Wine Dinner event of the fall/winter season, featuring wines of Southern Italy from Frederick Wildman Imports.

Join us on Wednesday, November 9th at 6pm for a curated five-course meal with specially chosen wine accompaniments.

This event is $95 per person excluding tax, gratuity and additional beverages.

1st Course: Marinated Anchovies – grilled sourdough, toasted almond and parsley salad, caper remoulade
Pairing: Rapitala Piano Maltese, 2015

Second Course: Italian Charcuterie Plate- capicola, salame, and prosciutto, buttermilk and cheddar biscuits, strawberry and balsamic mostarda, grilled figs
Pairing: Castello Monaci “Kreos” Rosato 2015

Third Course: Roasted Chicken Culurgiones -Vermont ricotta, sage brown butter and pecorino romano
Pairing: Rapitala “Alto” Single Vineyard Nero d’Avolo 2014

Fourth Course: Berkshire Pork Bombettes – gruyere, stewed mushrooms, rosemary polenta, pork glace
Pairings: Castello Monaci “Liante” Salice Salentino 2013 and “Aiace” Salice Salentino Riserva 2012

Dessert: Candied Lemon and Orange Cheesecake
Pairing: Pellegrino Passito Pantelleria Moscato 2014
